I still haven’t received my order?
Please contact the courier and provide them with your tracking number and address to receive an update on your parcels journey. If you need any further help please email us at info@inclothicated.com. Please note that once a package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we are no longer responsible for delays with delivery time.
My order doesn’t fit, what can I do?
If your order does not fit, as long as all original packaging is provided to us and all tags and labels are intact and items have no stains or smell, we can offer an exchange for a different size. Please note this depends on whether the size of the item you wish to change is available. We offer exchanges for up to 14 days.
Can I get a refund?
Due to hygiene and quality purposes, we do not offer refunds. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we also can not offer refunds for health and safety purposes.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled for up to one hour after purchase, please send an email with all necessary information with the subject “Cancel Order” to info@inclothicated.com
Can you help with sizing?
The website provides a sizing chart for all our customers, in the description box on all items if customers need to be made aware of any sizing advises it will state it in the box. For further help, you can also drop us an email at info@inclothicated.com
