Refunds/Exchanges
Inclothicated currently has a no refunds policy. However, we do accept exchanges for up to 14 days.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must have all original tags, labels and packaging intact. Items must also have no stains or odour.
In a case whereby, you wish to exchange your item for a different size. Please contact us via email, in order to know whether the size you wish to change it to is available.
The only exception for refunds is if your size is not available and you do not wish to exchange it for another item, you will be issued a full refund for your item, please allow 3-7 working days (this depends on your bank).
For exchanges please email info@inclothicated.com with the subject "Exchange", please provide us with as much information in the email as possible to make the exchange process faster. E.g, order number, name, details of exchange and what you would like to exchange your item with.
Inclothicated does not cover shipping fees for items to be sent back to us for exchanges, however we do cover shipping costs when shipping the desired item back to you.
We advise when shipping back the items you wish to exchange to us, use a courier whereby you are able to track the items journey. We are not liable for any items that get lost, when shipping back to us.
