Dispatch time is within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed.

What are the delivery options and how long does shipping take?

In order to get your order with you as soon as possible, we only offer express shipping to our UK customers. Packages should arrive in 1 day after your order has been dispatched, or in some circumstance’s 2 days.

Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

UK:

Royal Mail 1st class signed for (usually next business day): £5 (Currently Free)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm £7.55 (Currently £2)

For our customers abroad, shipping is as follows:

Europe:

DHL International Express Shipping (2-4 business days): £20 (Currently £15)

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (3-5 business days): £11.80 (Currently £7)

USA:

DHL International Express Shipping (2-4 business days): £20 (Currently £15)

Rest of World:

DHL International Express Shipping (2-4 business days): £20 (Currently £15)

Will I get custom fees or import tax/fees?

Packages going to countries outside of the UK, may be subject to custom fees/import tax. The courier handling your package, will notify you of any custom fees during transit. All custom fee queries can be answered by the courier and local customs offices.

What is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are provided once an order has been dispatched, you will be able to track your parcels journey once it has been shipped.
